RETURNS, REFUNDS
Eligibility for Returns:
Our return policy is valid for 24 hours from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 24 hours have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please note that returns are not accepted for personalized or customized orders, including those with custom name embedding or logos.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Product returns will not be accepted after if you don’t apply for return within 24 hours of delivery for any reason. Any damage reported after 24 hours of delivery will be considered damage caused by use. To qualify for a free return, manufacturing defects must be reported within 24 hours once you get the product. Products damaged by the user are not eligible for return.
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is damaged, incorrect, or broken. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Udaipur Leather Art reserves the right to refuse a return if the product is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
We sell handcrafted leather goods, which may exhibit minor variations in leather color (5-10%), fitting issues, differences in buckles, thread color discrepancies, or uneven leather cuts. These are not considered manufacturing defects and do not qualify for free returns.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email or phone that we have received your returned item. After approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 days.
Shipping in Case of Return:
If your product is eligible for return, mail it to:

Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if Applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, please email us at [email protected] and mail your item to the return address provided.
Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at [email protected] immediately. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we can cancel it and initiate a refund of your payment. Please note that cancellations are not allowed for customized orders, including those with custom name embedding or logos, especially in bulk orders.
Refund/Exchange:
We only accept exchange requests if the product is received in a damaged, broken, defective, or unusable condition. Please provide proof of the product’s condition, such as images or videos, within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Your return or refund request will be considered ineligible if incorrect information is provided at the time of placing the order. Mistakes made by the customer during variant selection at the time of order placement will not be eligible for return or exchange.
If a product is unavailable or shipped incorrectly, a refund will be processed within 1 business day. The refunded payment will be credited to your original payment method within 1-5 business days.
Returns:
If the wrong product is received, we will replace it at no additional cost. A replacement request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. If the replacement product is not in stock, a refund will be issued.
The refund amount provided to the customer will exclude any added charges or discounts. The applicable refund amount is always the item price as seen on the store.

Refunds are typically processed within 1-5 business days.
